The user or customer has to pay a certain financial price to avail of our courses, products and services. We accept these payments online and offline. However, if for some reason a user has paid the price by mistake, there is an opportunity for a refund. But in that case, the user must inform the concerned authority through a written application within 24 hours.
On the other hand, in order to receive a refund on any product collected from us, the product must be of proper quality and functionality intact. In this case, also the customer will get the opportunity to change the product within 24 hours of purchase.
10% service charge will be deducted in case of any course, service and product price/fee refund. So customer will get 90% refund.
The refund process is completed within 03 to 12 working days.
